Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General/Store Manager to escalate process or system gaps
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain and champion sales floor visual standards and strong stockroom standards and processes for a safe work environment
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs, and resolve client needs quickly

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
