Maintain and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on heavy equipment at a Jerome, ID rental facility. Use diagnostic data, tools, and on-site field service to diagnose issues, perform maintenance, and train junior technicians while ensuring safety and quality. Travel to client sites as needed and participate in OEM training and on-site work orders.

Key Responsibilities

•Use our tech to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues from hundreds of makes/models with real-time information to determine root causes and corrective actions
•Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment
•Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) daily
•Field Mechanic: travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance of rental or customer owned equipment; maintain service vehicle in a clean and professional manner
•Year-round OEM training and other duties as needed
