Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage product life cycles from entry to exit and oversee the implementation and maintenance of Heart of House and stockroom layouts.
  • •Drive productivity of stock movements by prioritizing merchandise flow and using BI reporting and “Top sellers”/“Black Hole” insights.
  • •Ensure accurate, timely stock movement recording in and out of store via IC processes or Omnichannel, following stock protection procedures.
  • •Maintain inventory accuracy by executing cycle counts and controlling adjustments in line with line manager and team.
  • •Lead and train the stockroom team, providing feedback, coaching, and performance management to meet store targets.

Key Requirements

  • •Stockroom management or people management experience is mandatory.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in sports/fashion retail with advanced process knowledge and stock management/logistics experience.
  • •Minimum 2 years’ experience as a BOH Specialist.
  • •Matric certification.
  • •Intermediate numeracy and literacy with advanced verbal communication skills.
