Key Responsibilities

•Lead the team by fostering a customer-focused culture and executing the RMX program to build relationships with key customers.
•Develop and coach a diverse team to achieve performance goals and business results in warehouse and retail store settings.
•Develop and execute annual store operating plans; prepare and analyze forecasts and reports; conduct audits and reviews to ensure business process and financial compliance.
•Manage store operations for follow-through, productivity, and quality; oversee inventory program to ensure availability and reduce obsolete slow-moving inventory; support SIOP with forecast requirements.
•Ensure showroom appearance, stay current on market trends and products, and occasionally operate a forklift and lift up to 50 lbs.

Key Requirements

•GED or high school diploma required (Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent education/experience).
•Two years of supervisory experience, preferably in a retail setting, with proven sales experience and customer relationship building.
•Results-driven, strong team player who can maintain high energy in challenging situations and with customers.
•Proficiency with an inventory management system or retail sales program and strong computer skills.
•Basic understanding of Lean principles; must have a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations (DUI/Hit & Run and related offenses noted).
