Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze, develop, and adjust end-to-end I2C processes, services, standards, and operational plans to deliver measurable impact.
  • •Drive I2C transformation initiatives, including GAP analysis, process standardization, harmonization, and automation.
  • •Lead medium-sized projects within time, cost, and quality boundaries, implementing results and supporting sustainability.
  • •Act as process owner and subject matter expert for I2C, providing guidance aligned to taxonomy/GPD and enabling operational finance teams.
  • •Manage compliance and global process guidance, including adaptation of the Group Finance Manual (including IFRS) into GBS operations and non-GBS markets.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of relevant finance work experience in I2C scope (credit, collection, dispute management, cash application).
  • •Understanding of accounting processes and experience with data management.
  • •Experience in process design, process mapping, and improving process quality, including compliance and review.
  • •Broad SAP FI/CO knowledge and ability to apply continuous process improvement concepts and tools.
  • •Degree in Business Administration or IT (or related) or equivalent education/experience.
