Job Summary

Build and strengthen relationships with consumer and business customers by engaging them in person, by appointment, and virtually. Assess customer banking needs, gather and process account information, educate clients on deposit/loan options and digital self-service tools, and recommend solutions aligned to individual goals. Maintain policy knowledge, deliver an optimal client experience, and partner with branch teams to open accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications.
