Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver a consistent, tailored Relationship & Wealth Management service to a portfolio of HSBC clients within your franchise.
  • •Act as a brand ambassador, identifying and fulfilling customer needs at first point of contact to deliver exceptional customer experience.
  • •Identify customer needs using franchise levels to ensure quality referrals and take ownership of day-to-day servicing of customer banking needs.
  • •Demonstrate autonomy and responsibility when managing customer welfare in conjunction with the Wealth Manager.
  • •Work seamlessly with your Wealth Manager to achieve collective objectives aligned to the customer’s channel of choice and improve income generation.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous customer-facing experience in financial services, particularly with affluent customers.
  • •Relationship-building experience cultivating trust and long-term client partnerships.
  • •Experience identifying client wealth needs and referring to appropriate specialists.
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • •A comprehensive understanding of risk management and experience ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory processes.
