Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M service model.
  • •Lead the store team to surpass sales, consumer service, and charms performance metrics.
  • •Maintain visual presentation, product flow, replenishment, and operational standards throughout the store.
  • •Coordinate daily retail operations, delegating and prioritizing tasks while meeting deadlines and following up.
  • •Execute asset protection policies including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •At least STPM / A Level / Diploma / Advanced Diploma or above preferred.
  • •Minimum 5 years of total retail experience, preferably with prior Store Manager experience.
  • •Demonstrated leadership abilities to challenge, empower, and drive team results.
  • •Professional working proficiency in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
  • •Intermediate computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and email, and ability to operate a retail POS system.
