Key Responsibilities

  • •Comprehensively supervise and manage production quality control activities to ensure quality stability and continuous improvement across the full process.
  • •Oversee daily incoming, in-process, and final inspections to ensure they follow WI, QCP, and customer requirements with accurate and timely results.
  • •Lead and guide the inspection team, including training, work assignments, skill development, and performance management.
  • •Handle quality exceptions and customer complaints by organizing investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Monitor key quality KPIs (e.g., defect rate, rework rate, customer complaints, scrap rate), maintain quality documentation/standards, support audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in quality management.
  • •Training in production management, quality management, and product knowledge.
  • •Knowledge of third-party audit requirements.
  • •Proficiency in the five core quality tools: MSA, APQP, SPC, FMEA, and PPAP.
  • •Proficiency with quality systems such as ISO9001 and ISO14001.
