Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor assembly completion using firing order, and establish operation sequence and lead times to meet shipping dates.
  • •Analyze production specifications and plant capacity to determine manufacturing process, tools, and human resource requirements.
  • •Plan and schedule workflow for departments and operations based on established manufacturing lead times.
  • •Create production orders on time based on firing order sequence and check available assembly to incorporate into the production schedule.
  • •Provide weekly planning reports on production plan performance, expedite delayed operations, and adjust schedules; lead a team of planners while following EHS practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s/College degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
  • •2+ years of relevant experience in production scheduling and control.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • •Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP; PELICO is an advantage).
  • •Strong written/verbal communication, reasoning, and analytical/interpersonal skills; must not be under a Performance Improvement Plan and must not have disciplinary cases within the past year.
