Key Responsibilities

  • •Own month-end and year-end close processes for assigned entities, ensuring timely, accurate, GAAP-compliant financial reporting.
  • •Review and approve journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations, recurring close entries, and financial results prepared by the accounting team.
  • •Oversee general ledger and balance sheet integrity across multiple legal entities, including fixed assets, accruals, cash/credit card reconciliations, amortization, depreciation, and key P&L drivers.
  • •Lead intercompany accounting, reconciliations, settlements, and issue resolution across global entities, coordinating with subsidiaries and Shared Services teams.
  • •Supervise and mentor accounting staff, strengthen internal controls, support audits and statutory/tax reporting, and lead process improvement and automation initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • •CPA (or equivalent) preferred.
  • •5–7 years of progressive accounting experience.
  • •Minimum 2 years managing an accounting team.
