  • •Ensure every position is filled before production line startup and oversee morning exercises and job rotation.
  • •Oversee machinery performance and confirm all workstations have passed USDA inspection.
  • •Ensure accurate shipments, inventory rotation, and proper coding of products.
  • •Oversee processing operations with other supervisors, keep records of reworked/returned product, and promote continuous quality education.
