Bridge Inspector Team Lead- $5000 Sign on Bonus

Lead field bridge inspection work, supervising team members and coordinating with access and equipment vendors. Perform inspections using RIDOT and FHWA bridge inspection standards, complete reports, and conduct quality control reviews. Support bridge analyses and load rating calculations, including 3D FEM modeling when needed, and help develop bridge rehabilitation plans and documentation. Work on ladders, scaffolding, aerial lifts, and in confined spaces, including overnight shifts as required.
