Key Responsibilities

  • •Set the end-to-end B2B adoption strategy and user journey, connecting activation, value engagement, and repeat usage.
  • •Define highest-value jobs, user intents, value moments, and adoption pathways, architecting sequences across experiences, messaging, recommendations, and CTAs.
  • •Identify friction and unmet needs across product and customer touchpoints; partner with Product and PLG to accelerate time-to-value and build habitual usage.
  • •Use qualitative research, behavioral data, segmentation, experimentation, and customer feedback to generate adoption insights and a disciplined test-and-learn agenda.
  • •Create a cohesive value story by defining messaging architecture and ensuring consistent, contextual CTAs across product, lifecycle, campaign, and customer experiences; influence product roadmap and priorities.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in product marketing, growth, product management, or a related field, with significant experience in B2B SaaS or productivity software.
  • •Proven track record defining and driving product adoption, engagement, or growth strategies for complex products with multiple use cases.
  • •Ability to translate qualitative and quantitative insights into product and go-to-market strategy.
  • •Strong understanding of product-led growth, lifecycle journeys, experimentation, segmentation, and behavioral analytics.
  • •Demonstrated ability to influence product roadmaps and senior team members without direct authority.
