Production Supervisor

Lead production operations on the plant floor by overseeing the full manufacturing process, tracking yields, and making real-time adjustments to meet targets. Ensure safety and USDA health standards, enforce HACCP and food safety/quality plans, and train employees on safe operating procedures (including lock-out/tag-out). Drive operational efficiency by analyzing production metrics and coordinating with operations leaders to reduce downtime and costs, while guiding and communicating daily with the team.
