Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and manage logistics for both virtual and face-to-face training sessions, including venue/platform setup, registration, collateral, and website updates.
  • •Facilitate live webinar hosting, including post-event content upload/distribution and reporting.
  • •Maintain and manage the academy training calendar (topics, trainers, and presentation materials).
  • •Manage user lifecycle activities such as onboarding and offboarding on the Academy Essentials Platform, and handle related support requests.
  • •Generate reports, dashboards, and insights on program performance and impact while supporting marketing and communications for regional teams.

  • •Proven experience in event and logistics management for training sessions.
  • •Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with excellent stakeholder management.
  • •Tech-savvy with ability to learn new platforms and tools quickly.
  • •Familiarity with MLS learning platforms.
  • •Fluency requirements: Native Taiwanese Mandarin (Mandarin Chinese) or proficiency in English; proficiency in written Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese.
