Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of AKUN inland adventure experiences including trails, routes, and guest experience locations.
  • •Plan, coordinate, and deliver adventure activities in compliance with approved operating procedures and safety standards, ensuring professional and consistent delivery.
  • •Supervise daily adventure operations with on-site leadership; coach and mentor instructors to maintain operational standards and exceptional guest service.
  • •Support implementation of SOPs, Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), Emergency Response Plans (ERPs), and activity-specific safety protocols; monitor risks and mitigation.
  • •Maintain operational readiness by ensuring venues, trails, equipment, and assets are clean, safe, service-ready, and fully operational; coordinate logistics and monitor environmental risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid wilderness first aid certification (including CPR and emergency response) with minimum six months validity upon commencement.
  • •Basic land navigation certification with practical GPS navigation experience.
  • •Minimum two National Governing Body (NGB) certifications in disciplines such as climbing, mountain biking, archery, high ropes, quad biking, or comparable adventure activities.
  • •Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in adventure tourism, outdoor recreation, hospitality, sports operations, or luxury guest experience environments.
  • •Fluent in written and spoken English; Arabic or an additional language is advantageous.
