Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Install, support, and maintain core collaboration solutions and mailflow within the Microsoft 365 and Exchange environment, including Teams, SharePoint and Email.
•Manage dependencies such as application deployment, 3rd party integrations and security policy adherence.
•Evaluate and recommend improvements and upgrade cycles for the M365/Exchange environment.
•Provide monitoring and alerting that produce actionable alerts; perform incident response and on-call duties.
•Create and maintain runbooks, documentation, and knowledge artifacts; establish service definitions and standards for core services.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience; typically 1-2+ years of professional experience, with strong proficiency in M365 admin tools.
•Strong proficiency with Exchange and the M365 suite of applications; 1+ years troubleshooting mailflow and 3rd party integrations.
•Strong understanding and knowledge of Active Directory and Entra identity (Groups, Users, Security roles, etc.).
•Experience administering Microsoft Intune is a plus but not required.
•Ability to create runbooks and documentation; willingness to participate in on-call rotations and IST/PST overlap schedules.
