Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own the vision and planning for the Content Operations Platform, aligned to long-term goals and business objectives.
  • •Collaborate with content production, editorial, and engineering leadership to develop and improve products, including technology and design.
  • •Drive continuous discovery by synthesizing internal/external user insights, market research, and data analytics to identify unmet needs and trends.
  • •Design workflow orchestration (scheduling, permissions, task prioritization) and implement risk/capacity management tools and features for proactive alerts.
  • •Write user stories, prioritize backlog items, and ensure timely, high-quality iterative releases across content operations, editorial, engineering, and vendor teams.

Salary: USD 77,100 - 123,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in product management or related roles focused on innovation and development.
  • •Understanding of editorial workflows, content lifecycle, and structured authoring.
  • •Familiarity with generative AI concepts and frameworks, including language models and prompt/context engineering; agentic workflows and predictive analytics are preferred.
  • •Experience with content management systems, digital asset management, content delivery networks, and content workflow automation including metadata and versioning.
  • •Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, with strong analytical thinking and written/verbal communication skills.
