Job Summary

Design, develop, and implement advanced customizations and integrations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and the Power Platform. Build Dynamics 365 modules and components (plugins, workflows, web resources, Power Automate flows, Power Apps), and integrate data using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, REST APIs, and custom connectors. Collaborate with solution architects and stakeholders, optimize performance, support migrations, and use Azure DevOps for CI/CD and releases.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, customize, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
•Build and maintain custom components such as plugins, workflows, web resources, Power Automate flows, and Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
•Design and implement data integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, REST APIs, and custom connectors.
•Collaborate with solution architects and functional consultants to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
•Optimize CRM performance, troubleshoot issues, support migrations, and participate in code reviews and mentoring.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent experience).
•6+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE.
•Strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and .NET Framework/Core.
•Deep knowledge of customizing and extending Dynamics 365 CE using plugins, custom workflows, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
•Experience integrating systems using APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
