Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure project safety by aligning work with safety policies and acting as a safety leader.
  • •Define project scope by determining customer needs and safety concerns; develop and evaluate solutions.
  • •Prepare engineering project documentation (designs, calculations, layouts, schematics, manuals, bid specs) and facilitate project team meetings.
  • •Manage project costs, scheduling, and communications across multiple complex engineering projects.
  • •Support facility and manufacturing engineering activities, including mechanical/electrical design, controls integration, testing/validation, and project closeout/postmortem analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, CS&E, Controls/Automation Engineering or related technical field).
  • •6+ years’ experience in flexible packaging engineering project work (Amcor or similar).
  • •Strong understanding of electrical and/or mechanical system design, testing, and validation.
  • •Experience supporting controls/automation work (HMI, SCADA, PLC) and related integration/testing activities.
  • •Ability to travel up to 30% as required.
