Key Responsibilities

  • •Support collection and documentation of business and functional requirements for event planning, crewing, onboarding, travel, hotel allocation, equipment management, and reporting workflows.
  • •Maintain the product backlog in Jira by writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and epics with senior team members.
  • •Create and maintain project artifacts such as requirements documents, process flows, wireframes/user flows, and release notes using tools like Confluence, Lucidchart, or Figma.
  • •Partner with QA to log, triage, and track defects through resolution using Jira; help write and execute basic test cases and support UAT sessions.
  • •Analyze and report using dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and help coordinate vendor/integration data flows and end-user training materials, including basic post-launch support.
