Job Summary

Design, develop, test, and integrate Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to support user and management needs. Work onsite in Columbus, collaborating with users to define and refine requirements, complete proof of concepts, and provide technical support. Resolve production issues, estimate development effort, and integrate solutions using Blue Prism and other RPA technologies. You’ll also help lead, train, and mentor team members while operating in a fast-paced environment.

•Design, develop, unit test, and integrate RPA solutions.
•Participate in requirements definition and complete proof of concepts.
•Work with outside vendor teams and provide development estimates based on project scope.
•Support, trouble-shoot, and resolve production issues for automated systems and procedures.
•Independently complete tasks and assist with leading, training, and mentoring other team members.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree.
•4+ years of experience developing Blue Prism Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions in a corporate environment.
•Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
•Experience developing JavaScript web applications (2+ years).
•Experience developing .NET applications, VBA (Microsoft Office macros), and/or mainframe scripting applications (Passport, Attachmate).
