Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead cost management delivery across large, complex construction programs, including managing a cost management team.
  • •Interface with the client, stakeholders, and consultants across project stages, particularly for hyperscale and high-density infrastructure developments.
  • •Perform quantity surveying, cost controls, and change management across the full project lifecycle, including major MEP and infrastructure scopes.
  • •Coordinate strategic and operational management of Cost Management and Project Controls Services using business management systems and delivery methodologies.
  • •Provide commercial reporting on overall project status, mentor and develop team members, support audits, and contribute to proposals and business development opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 8 years of relevant cost management experience in the construction industry.
  • •Experience supporting large-scale, complex construction projects, with data centers or mission-critical preferred.
  • •Quantity Surveying SME with RICS certification or equivalent accreditation.
  • •Strong communication skills and the ability to present verbally and in writing in a client-facing environment.
