Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct time studies, root cause analysis, and data collection to identify improvement opportunities and apply Lean and Six Sigma techniques.
  • •Support and coordinate small-scale CI projects, preparing documentation, reports, and visual boards to track progress.
  • •Maintain CI dashboards and KPIs (OEE, throughput, yield) and support site performance improvement reporting.
  • •Partner with Operations, Quality, and Maintenance teams and participate in kaizen events and workshops.
  • •Ensure adherence to management systems including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and FSSC 22000, aligned with DSM-Firmenich quality and environmental policies.

Key Requirements
