Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate closely with application stakeholders to deliver GCP infrastructure services that are resilient and secure, adhering to best practices for data management and processing
•Administer and manage cloud infrastructure deployment on GCP, including provisioning/de-provisioning resources, maintaining security posture, monitoring utilization, configuring networks, and managing backup/restore processes
•Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions to minimize downtime during incidents
•Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and processes for troubleshooting, system maintenance, and configuration management
•Develop Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions on GCP using Google Cloud Deployment Manager, Ansible, or Terraform to automate deployment and management of cloud resources

Key Requirements

•Degree in Information Technology or a related field; GCP Certified Professional Cloud Architect certification preferred
•Minimum of 5 years of Cloud Infrastructure experience with at least 3 years hands-on on GCP; AWS or Azure experience preferred
•Proficiency in Python and Ansible scripting; strong understanding of data structures, algorithm design/analysis, and SQL
•Familiarity with DevOps and infrastructure management tools (e.g., JIRA, DataDog, Splunk, Cloud Conformity)
•Hands-on experience with Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration (GKE) preferred
