Job Summary

Deliver an iconic, customer-first experience by guiding customers through buying, selling, and servicing vehicles. In this hands-on training role, you’ll support vehicle sales and appraisals, manage inventory check-in and scanning, complete paperwork and administrative tasks, coordinate service appointments, and review repair orders for accurate billing. You’ll also ensure compliance with CarMax EH&S requirements while maintaining a clean, orderly work area.

Key Responsibilities

•Guide customers through sales, appraisals, test drives, and financing applications.
•Perform accurate vehicle condition assessments and communicate findings to Buyers.
•Manage inventory processes including vehicle check-in, daily scanning, and reconciliation.
•Complete cosmetic inspections and handle administrative paperwork tasks, audits, and payments.
•Coordinate service appointments and review repair order invoices for accurate billing, collaborating across teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15.5 - 23.3 hourly
