Key Responsibilities

•Independently develop, implement, and release new product BOMs for complex modules and product structure, partnering with key stakeholders on manufacturing, test, and sourcing strategies.
•Develop and validate Operation Method Sheets (OMS) for complex modules.
•Run 3D solid model virtual analysis (MLO/DMU) and contribute to design reviews with DFA/DFT/ITO and operational efficiency improvement feedback.
•Orchestrate change requests and execute change control processes (NSRs, ECOs, CCB, SPSs, ESWs).
•Document product issues/enhancement opportunities, perform RCCA, lead LTCA disposition/resolution, and lead managed build processes for programs/projects.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,500 - 152,000 annually

•Manage development and validation of Operation Method Sheets (OMS) for complex modules.
•Perform 3D solid model virtual analysis, including Master Layout (MLO) and Digital Mock Up (DMU), and participate in design reviews with relevant operational efficiency feedback (DFA, DFAe, DFTp, ITO).
•Manage change requests and execute change control processes including NSRs, ECOs, CCB, SPSs, and Engineering Specification Waivers (ESWs).
•Document product issues and enhancements, perform Root Cause Corrective Analysis (RCCA), and lead disposition/resolution of long-term corrective actions (LTCA).
