Key Responsibilities

  • •Own assigned Land Mobile accounts from contract signature through onboarding, activation, day-to-day management, and long-term growth as the primary customer contact.
  • •Hit and exceed revenue targets by tracking readiness, shipments, activations, certifications, and payments, and raising risks early if dates or dollars slip.
  • •Maintain internal account records so account status, risk, and opportunity are visible in one place.
  • •Monitor account health including contract compliance, KPI performance, invoicing, logistics, in-motion/field performance, and the customer relationship to prevent delayed cash or churn.
  • •Coordinate high-touch onboarding, document processes to support expansion and scaling, and feed customer feedback into engineering, support, finance, and operations to reduce errors across accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, or high school diploma/equivalency plus 6+ years of professional experience in account management, customer success, business development, operations, or a technical customer-facing role.
  • •5+ years owning a defined book of business with accountability for customer health and revenue (retention, realization, expansion, or collections).
  • •5+ years supporting customers on a technical product or service.
  • •Experience supporting in-motion, fleet, field, or similarly operationally complex deployments.
  • •Ability to work with technical and enterprise customers, including strong written/verbal communication and experience coordinating complex workstreams on tight timelines.
