  • •Lead global deployment and transition of new test infrastructure and test platform.
  • •Drive manufacturing test continuous improvement, evolution, and resiliency worldwide.
  • •Collaborate with technical specialists on data analytics to improve manufacturing quality, yield, and cycle time across manufacturing, assembly, and test.
  • •Develop and deploy security solutions across manufacturing sites as the primary GME engagement point for security policies and transformations.
  • •Manage application, operating system, and hardware life cycle management compliance; provide mentorship and direction for distributed test engineering professionals.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering (or related) and 15+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing and test-specific roles.
  • •Own end-to-end test strategy from ICT to functional system test, optimizing test time/throughput, detection/escape risk, and coverage/cost.
  • •Strong scripting expertise in Python, C++, Java, and LabVIEW, with statistical data analysis skills and understanding of test manufacturing technologies, tools, and processes.
  • •Deep experience testing high-speed digital interfaces (SerDes, optical, Ethernet) and complex telecom systems, including functional/system/chamber/burn-in/stress tests, golden units, and test fixtures.
  • •Develop and execute test plans, lead multiple projects using established project management methods, and communicate assertively across bilingual (English/Spanish) local and remote teams.
