Job Summary

Define and execute a finance-focused data strategy to build a trusted enterprise data foundation for AI, automation, and advanced analytics. Lead finance data governance, quality, stewardship, standards, and business data architecture, enabling scalable data products, standardized KPIs, and enterprise data models. Partner with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure AI-ready, accessible data, measure governance maturity, and support finance data literacy programs.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and maintain the finance data strategy and roadmap aligned with finance and enterprise transformation priorities.
•Partner with IT and BI teams to establish and govern finance data policies, standards, ownership, and stewardship for trusted and compliant data.
•Drive the finance data governance operating model, including governance forums, decision-making, and cross-functional accountability.
•Define the target finance data architecture, critical data domains, enterprise data models, and standardized business definitions.
•Establish data quality, metadata, and lineage frameworks, monitor adherence, and define governance metrics to oversee maturity and adoption.

Key Requirements

•Four-year or Graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields, or demonstrated competence.
•Typically 10+ years of work experience in data architecture/strategy, data policies, governance, or driving analytics, statistical modeling, machine learning, or related work in the finance domain.
•Experience driving data governance, quality, stewardship, and standards across functions.
•Strong background in statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive modeling for analytics use cases.
•Proficiency with data tools and languages such as Python, R, and SQL, plus data visualization tools like Tableau.
