Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and improve the end-to-end technical path for adopting Warp in computational applications, from native C++/CUDA changes through production integration, validation, and long-term compatibility.
  • •Translate new CUDA features and programming models into supported Warp functionality to improve performance and portability across NVIDIA platform generations and open new application domains.
  • •Partner with internal engineering teams to integrate Warp into their software, resolve technical barriers, and support production adoption.
  • •Select and integrate CUDA-X libraries and other computing technologies to address recurring technical gaps and expose consistent Python and native APIs.
  • •Design and implement Warp improvements including new APIs, programming abstractions, and reusable building blocks for simulation, optimization, and AI workloads.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 184,000 - 287,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BS, MS, or PhD in a computational science/engineering field (computational physics, computer science with scientific computing focus, or related) or equivalent experience.
  • •8+ years of relevant software development experience in industry, academic research, or a combination.
  • •Experience building, debugging, profiling, and optimizing performance-critical CUDA C++ software for NVIDIA GPUs, including performance/correctness issues in parallel execution, GPU architecture, and memory behavior.
  • •Experience building, optimizing, and supporting computational software for research or production, including numerical methods, model validation, or scientific data pipelines.
  • •Research/professional experience supporting computational workloads such as simulation, optimization, and AI workloads. (e.g., multiphysics, CFD, TCAD, molecular dynamics).
