Senior Conference Producer

Develop, manage, and deliver commercially successful conference programmes for an assigned portfolio across live, digital, and hybrid formats. Lead strategic content strategy and programme development using market research, emerging trend analysis, and stakeholder engagement. Recruit and manage senior speaker faculties and advisory boards, collaborate with Commercial and Marketing teams to support sponsorship and delegate growth, and oversee end-to-end production timelines to ensure high-quality attendee and customer experiences.
