Job Summary

Lead and grow key strategic accounts for PlayStation’s commercial business in Brazil. Develop and execute account and channel business plans, drive negotiations and annual business planning, and shape promotional and growth strategies. Use sales performance and market analysis to generate actionable insights, expand revenue and market share, and ensure successful product and campaign execution. Partner with cross-functional teams and run regular reviews to maximize partner performance.

•Develop and execute strategic business plans for assigned accounts and channels aligned with commercial objectives.
•Build and maintain partner relationships as a trusted advisor and primary commercial contact.
•Lead commercial negotiations, annual business planning, promotional strategies, and growth initiatives.
•Identify new opportunities to expand revenue, market share, and channel performance.
•Analyze sales performance and market trends and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in Sales, Key Account Management, Business Development, or Commercial Leadership.
•Proven track record managing strategic accounts and delivering sustainable business growth.
•Strong commercial acumen including forecasting, promotional planning, business analysis, and profitability management.
•Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and advanced English communication skills.
