  • •Analyze and monitor adherence to the production plan for the short-term horizon.
  • •Consider and evaluate resource capacity (manpower, machines, materials) when planning.
  • •Elaborate the production schedule and recovery plan, including capacity and delivery impacts.
  • •Prepare, participate in, or lead Weekly Master Production meetings and obtain/confirm commitments.
