Key Responsibilities

•Serve as primary liaison to the USCG COR for technical milestones, schedule tracking, and contract performance.
•Schedule, coordinate, and attend mandatory weekly progress and technical meetings with the COR (in-person at C5ISC-Portsmouth or via approved video teleconferencing such as MS Teams).
•Ensure timely, accurate submission of CDRL documentation including weekly/monthly progress reports, meeting minutes, and NAIS engineering reports.
•Oversee contract personnel execution across systems engineering, network administration, logistics, programming/analysis, and technical writing, maintaining staffing continuity during core operational hours.
•Provide issue resolution by remaining available via telephone and email to respond to technical problems or government requests, including occasional COR-approved travel outside the local area.

Key Requirements

•Must hold U.S. citizenship and be able to pass a thorough background check to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Required clearance.
•High School Diploma required.
•Minimum of four (4) years of continuous, hands-on experience in C4IT Engineering, Logistics Support, and Program/Project Management.
•Strong familiarity with federal procurement environments, technical engineering metrics, and DoD/DHS lifecycle systems management.
•Excellent technical writing and communication skills, including compiling and submitting programmatic data such as travel budgets, trip logs, and risk assessments.
