Job Summary

Lead engineering project management from scratch by establishing project cadence, tracking, and reporting. Own delivery of Solutions Engineering projects for strategic enterprise accounts, including custom plans, integrations, and SOW-based engagements across internal and contractor engineers. Facilitate scoping and milestone alignment, manage dependencies and risks, and support Platform Engineering initiatives with similar rigor. Provide weekly executive updates and partner with Customer Success and Solutions Consulting on customer-facing expectations.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the founding project manager for Engineering by standing up project cadence, tracking, and reporting from day one.
•Drive Solutions Engineering delivery for strategic enterprise accounts, including custom plans, integrations, and SOW-based engagements.
•Facilitate statement of work inception by ensuring the right people scope deliverables, estimation, and milestones, and holding the project accountable to commitments.
•Support Platform Engineering initiatives with milestone tracking, dependency management, risk management, and clear stakeholder communication.
•Deliver weekly business updates to executive/senior leadership and partner with Customer Success and Solutions Consulting on expectations and asks.

Key Requirements

•Proven ability to run multiple complex projects in parallel across cross-functional teams.
•Demonstrated track record building stakeholder alignment and reporting regularly to executive leadership.
•Experience delivering customer-impacting technical work in enterprise software environments (e.g., professional services, SOW-based or custom engagements).
•Strong technical fluency to facilitate architecture/integration trade-offs and manage technical dependencies.
