Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the technical vision and architecture for multiple enterprise platforms and services, translating product strategy and OKRs into technical roadmaps.
  • •Lead design and delivery of highly available, secure, scalable production systems including microservices, enterprise APIs, Salesforce CRM solutions, integration services, orchestration platforms, and modern web applications.
  • •Define enterprise integration architecture for internal and external business systems using REST APIs, middleware, event-driven architectures, and an AWS integration platform.
  • •Drive cross-organizational architectural decisions on application design, integration patterns, API standards, tooling, and engineering frameworks to ensure consistency, reuse, scalability, and governance.
  • •Produce production-quality code and architecture artifacts, define engineering standards for CI/CD, testing, observability, SLOs/SLIs, security, governance, and operational readiness in partnership with SRE teams, including reliability and incident/disaster recovery responsibilities.

Key Requirements

  • •14+ years of software development with expertise across the full product development lifecycle.
  • •Experience architecting enterprise applications and preferably CRM ecosystems.
  • •Extensive experience designing and implementing enterprise integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, asynchronous messaging, middleware platforms, and event-driven architectures.
  • •Hands-on AWS experience (EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, EKS) and designing resilient, secure, highly available multi-region architectures.
  • •Ability to influence technical direction and achieve alignment across teams without direct authority.
