Provide technical leadership and architectural vision for the Growth Experience Technology (GET) organization, shaping long-term roadmaps and ensuring delivery of scalable platforms and integrations. Own enterprise integration architecture on AWS, define engineering standards (CI/CD, testing, observability, security, SLOs/SLIs), ensure operational readiness with SRE partnership, and mentor engineers across teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the technical vision and architecture for multiple enterprise platforms and services, translating product strategy and OKRs into technical roadmaps.
•Lead design and delivery of highly available, secure, scalable production systems including microservices, enterprise APIs, Salesforce CRM solutions, integration services, orchestration platforms, and modern web applications.
•Define enterprise integration architecture for internal and external business systems using REST APIs, middleware, event-driven architectures, and an AWS integration platform.
•Drive cross-organizational architectural decisions on application design, integration patterns, API standards, tooling, and engineering frameworks to ensure consistency, reuse, scalability, and governance.
•Produce production-quality code and architecture artifacts, define engineering standards for CI/CD, testing, observability, SLOs/SLIs, security, governance, and operational readiness in partnership with SRE teams, including reliability and incident/disaster recovery responsibilities.

Key Requirements

•14+ years of software development with expertise across the full product development lifecycle.
•Experience architecting enterprise applications and preferably CRM ecosystems.
•Extensive experience designing and implementing enterprise integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, asynchronous messaging, middleware platforms, and event-driven architectures.
•Hands-on AWS experience (EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, EKS) and designing resilient, secure, highly available multi-region architectures.
•Ability to influence technical direction and achieve alignment across teams without direct authority.
