Key Responsibilities

  • •Accurately weigh and fill liquid chemical materials into containers according to instructions and recipes.
  • •Follow packing procedures including scanning to validate materials and using weight assisted computer and scales.
  • •Use SAP to inventory containers and input packed quantities, confirm pack-out and scrap loss, and verify delivery quantity.
  • •Maintain strict labeling protocol: print/reprint labels, select label sizes by container type, place labels correctly, and dispose of extra/ruined labels.
  • •Close containers properly by crimping and applying tamper-evidence seals while maintaining clean, organized workspace and PPE/safety requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent or prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •1-year chemical manufacturing experience preferred.
  • •Knowledge of GMP and HACCP (Good Manufacturing Practices; Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points).
  • •Must be able to tolerate strong odors and allergens.
  • •Ability to be on your feet for an 8-hour shift and frequently lift up to 35 lb product hose and up to 50 lb.
