  • •Design and manage holistic benefits and well-being strategy, including paid time off, leave, disability, and caregiving programs, aligned to talent goals.
  • •Evaluate global benefit structures to identify harmonization opportunities while maintaining cultural relevance and meeting statutory requirements.
  • •Serve as product owner for vendor-delivered technology solutions, defining roadmaps to elevate associate experience domestically or internationally.
  • •Manage plan financials, including budget forecasting, cost-sharing strategies, and value-on-investment assessments; analyze metrics and market benchmarks to improve programs.
  • •Oversee vendors and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and evolving legislative trends across relevant operating regions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 161,500 - 184,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •At least 6 years of experience in benefits design, strategy and management.
  • •At least 2 years of experience working within a matrixed environment.
  • •At least 2 years of project management and 2 years of process management experience.
  • •At least 2 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
