Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure managed services are delivered and that client IT infrastructure and systems remain operational.
  • •Own incident management activities, ensuring incidents are handled per the bank’s incident management policy and resolution steps are in place.
  • •Maintain infrastructure documentation (e.g., network diagrams and approval documents).
  • •Evaluate, test, and implement network changes following strict change management policy.
  • •Assess network infrastructure across critical locations (DC, DR, HO) and guide/troubleshoot critical day-to-day issues when escalation is needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computing, or a related field.
  • •Network architectural exposure with SD-WAN and ACI.
  • •Strong hands-on experience with Cisco SD-WAN solutions and experience in Cisco ACI.
  • •Knowledge of incident management processes and the ability to follow incident management policies.
  • •Ability to evaluate, test, and implement changes while following change management policy.
