Job Summary

Manage and deliver contracted managed services outcomes for clients by ensuring critical IT infrastructure stays operational. Provide expert knowledge across routing, switching, security, and datacenter networking, with hands-on Cisco SD-WAN and Cisco ACI experience. Own incident management processes, ensure documentation and network diagram upkeep, evaluate/test and implement changes via change management policies, and troubleshoot day-to-day network issues for key locations (DC/DR/HO).

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure managed services are delivered and that client IT infrastructure and systems remain operational.
•Own incident management activities, ensuring incidents are handled per the bank’s incident management policy and resolution steps are in place.
•Maintain infrastructure documentation (e.g., network diagrams and approval documents).
•Evaluate, test, and implement network changes following strict change management policy.
•Assess network infrastructure across critical locations (DC, DR, HO) and guide/troubleshoot critical day-to-day issues when escalation is needed.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computing, or a related field.
•Network architectural exposure with SD-WAN and ACI.
•Strong hands-on experience with Cisco SD-WAN solutions and experience in Cisco ACI.
•Knowledge of incident management processes and the ability to follow incident management policies.
•Ability to evaluate, test, and implement changes while following change management policy.
