Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage selected accounts and deliver surety bond solutions with accuracy and compliance.
  • •Prepare and process surety instruments (including bid, final, miscellaneous, and court bonds) aligned to underwriting guidelines and client expectations.
  • •Implement surety obligations such as Consents of Surety, Prequalification Letters, and Riders in line with state rules.
  • •Prepare General Indemnity Agreements and coordinate issuance documentation (e.g., power-of-attorney, resident license) to support underwriting review.
  • •Maintain data accuracy and support compliant bond issuance across multiple states by managing countersignature requirements and electronic bond files in AonBondLink.

Key Requirements
