Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive regional sales growth by achieving regional sales goals through effective sales planning and execution.
  • •Manage broker relationships to increase distribution of product lines and train/monitor broker representatives’ sales activities.
  • •Meet directly with customers and key decision makers to maintain and increase sales, including preparing formal presentations and proposals.
  • •Implement and customize sales plans and execute sales promotions based on regional needs and requirements.
  • •Coordinate with integral company functions to meet sales objectives and provide leadership through employee development and coaching.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university plus 5+ years’ relevant experience (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •2+ years of demonstrated experience in team management/development or project leadership.
  • •Must understand the dynamics of the Consumer Packaged Goods industry.
  • •Must have a solid understanding of customer-focused, fact-based selling, including IRI, Nielsen, and Perishable Group data.
  • •Possess a valid driver’s license and be willing and able to travel at least 50%.
