Job Summary

Provide 7x24x365 remote monitoring and incident management for a heavy-equipment rental fleet and customer-owned equipment. Respond to events and alarms, troubleshoot complex issues with the Services Technical Support team, and coordinate across Warranty, Procurement, Software Engineering, and field teams to restore performance and availability. Manage maintenance intervals, work orders, and PM service kits, handle customer/branch inquiries via chat/email/phone, and ensure SLO/SLA and KPI performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide 7x24x365 fleet monitoring, reporting, and response to events and alarms, including incident management (impact definition, escalation, troubleshooting, and resolution).
•Partner with the Services Technical Support team to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across EquipmentShare and customer owned fleets.
•Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Warranty, Procurement, Software Engineering, Service Technicians, Service Managers) to resolve cross-functional issues.
•Monitor service maintenance intervals, create work orders, and schedule service and PM service kits.
•Handle branch and customer queries via chat/email/phone, manage ticket backlog and follow-ups, and ensure SLO/SLA and KPI performance.

Key Requirements

•2–5 years of remote monitoring/management center experience, preferably in heavy equipment, truck, or diesel engine industries.
•Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT/Computer Sciences, Operations Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field with direct customer support experience.
•Strong technical expertise in the heavy equipment and/or equipment rental industries.
•Ability to work a 7x24 environment with rotating shifts and potential on-call schedule.
•Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, time management, communication skills, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
