•Ensure compliance with Pandora standards for product presentation, commercial objectives, and customer service excellence.

•Implement commercial actions and Visual Merchandising campaigns.
•Train the team, detect and develop internal talent, and manage stock levels and replenishment orders.

Key Requirements

•Retail specialist with at least 3-4 years of experience as Shop Manager in sector brands, preferably premium, in stores with a similar format to Pandora.
•Able to sell to an international clientele with a good level of commercial English.
•Proven leadership of teams, able to create dynamic and flexible environments.
•Result-oriented with analytical capability and a clear customer focus.
•Good command of Office and digital tools.
