Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions to deliver an excellent offboarding experience.
  • •Advise clients on termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes while ensuring legal compliance.
  • •Lead or facilitate meetings with clients and external employees, including consultation meetings and negotiations in separations and settlements.
  • •Coordinate internal and external stakeholders (including payroll, legal, government bodies, and trade unions) and handle offboarding audits.
  • •Provide first-level employee relations support, conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns, and contribute to process improvements and automation.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Strong background managing voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, and research/prioritize practical solutions.
