Supervisor

Supervise team members during each shift to ensure standards for people, product, cleanliness, and exceptional guest experience. Lead by example in hospitality, respond to guest issues and complaints, and provide ongoing direction, training, and coverage. Enforce Tim Hortons operating standards, manage shift cash procedures, keep operations efficient via the work schedule, complete required documentation, and ensure health & safety compliance and reporting.
