  • •Develop and maintain a rolling 12–36 month Capacity Plan forecasting IT resources from business and technical drivers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
  • •5+ years’ experience in IT infrastructure management, capacity planning, or performance engineering in a large enterprise environment.
  • •ITIL v4 Foundation certification required; ITIL Specialist or ITIL Strategist preferred.
  • •Expertise with enterprise monitoring and capacity planning tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Datadog, AppDynamics, Prometheus/Grafana, Azure Monitor, AWS CloudWatch).
  • •Proficiency in cloud infrastructure and capacity analytics, including modeling and scripting (Python/SQL/PowerShell), plus performance testing tools (JMeter/Gatling/Locust).
