Capacity Manager (Budapest, HU, 1087)

Own and operate ITIL v4 Capacity & Performance Management for Allianz Technology, linking business planning, service design, financial management, and technical operations. Build and maintain a rolling 12–36 month capacity plan, monitor and report service and infrastructure performance using enterprise monitoring tools, and run capacity modeling to forecast bottlenecks. Partner with service and change teams, drive cloud capacity optimization, and deliver executive dashboards to support cost-effective, SLA-aligned performance.
