Inside Sales Associate

Build customer relationships by assisting walk-in and phone customers and representing the company professionally. Process customer product needs, handle questions and complaints, and accurately enter sales orders to create invoices and secure payment or credit authorization. Evaluate warranty dispositions at the counter, estimate delivery dates using vendor schedules, and support receiving, shipping, and warehouse duties.
