Key Responsibilities

  • •Own assigned initiatives by assessing existing solutions, refining requirements, and contributing to technical design discussions.
  • •Design, develop, and implement new IAM capabilities using appropriate technologies and Scrum/Agile delivery to meet milestones.
  • •Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities, execute disaster-recovery protocols, and maintain solution availability per SLAs.
  • •Apply GenAI/AI capabilities to deploy agents for operational workflow execution, context-aware automation via MCP, and faster troubleshooting documentation.
  • •Collaborate with global service teams and engineering partners to align on design strategies, coordinate rollouts, and keep projects on schedule.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree OR 3+ years of relevant work experience.
  • •Hands-on programming experience in at least one language (Java, Spring Boot, Web services/REST, SOAP, Python, Node.js) plus Data Structures.
  • •Experience with Linux ecosystem and bash scripting.
  • •Experience with IAM tools (preferred: SailPoint; also mentions OIM and OKTA) and understanding of identity/access and core security concepts.
  • •Familiarity with security principles (including zero trust and privileged access management) and troubleshooting in complex distributed environments.
